The pertubation panel allows you to perform perturbation on genes, pathways, or compounds at your selected track, stage and times of change. A tutorial on the analysis pipleine can be found here.
When you finish selecting all the dropdown menus in the panel, click the “Perturb” button to calculate. The result will be shown in a few seconds.
