Tutorial - Explore Gene Tab
In this tutorial, we will walk through how we can use unagi to display the gene graph, violin plots, and umaps of gene expression.
First you need to select a track and the genes you would like to investigate in the sidebar.
After a few seconds, the plots will be shown in the gene tab.
